This apartment is located in a house dating from 1740, with foundations that go all the way back to the 1600s and the reign of Christian IV. The house has a long history. The apartment consists of a bedroom, as well as a combined living room and kitchen.



The interior is simple and functional, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. From the French balcony, you look directly out onto apple trees and beautiful old houses, and the view gives the impression that the town has stood still here for centuries.



The garden belongs to the house and was conceived, designed, and created by residents with a deep love for the place. Here you’ll find grass to sit on and peace to breathe, all within the small private garden that is tended and cared for with great care.



Just outside the courtyard complex, you’ll find the ramparts, canals, and great cafés and restaurants. The metro is about 50 meters away and will quickly take you around the rest of the city and to the airport.
