A practical kitchen area means you can easily prepare homely meals to enjoy together before settling back in the comfortable seating with a book or good conversation. After a day exploring Northumberland’s shops, cafés and local history, or discovering further afield in Newcastle or Durham city, you return to a calm, private retreat with thoughtful touches and a restful atmosphere suited to a short break or longer stay.
