Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom
The single-story holiday apartment in Willstätt/Ortenau district is located almost at ground level (only two small steps) next to our house. The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished with new furniture. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and an extractor hood vented to the outside. The bathroom has a shower/toilet with a window, a mirrored cabinet, and a vanity unit. The 59 m² apartment has tiled and laminate flooring, windows with roller shutters, and all rooms with insect screens.
The garden is located directly next to the apartment and is available for guests. A bus stop is approximately 50 meters away, and grocery stores, a bakery, a butcher shop, doctors, dentists, a pharmacy, and a children's playground are all within walking distance.
