€450/month, charged according to actual consumption for monthly rentals.

Cleaning Costs


- Final cleaning at the end of the stay: €300. Includes the change of bed linen and pool towels.

- Intermediate cleaning every 15 days: €100.


Late Check-in


- Late check-in (8:00 PM – 12:00 AM): €45.

- Late check-in (after 12:00 AM): €70.


Security Deposit

Refundable security deposit of €2,000, returned within 7–14 days after check-out.
