About this property

Light and bright 4th floor condo in Wedgewood within the beautiful community of Bonita Bay. This 2 bedroom unit plus den is furnished with a King bed in the master suite and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The master suite has a large bathroom with two sinks, a walk in shower, a jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet. The den has a pull out couch for extra sleeping accommodations when needed. The den also has a reclining lounge chair and a TV. Guest bath is next to the 2nd bedroom and is accessible from the hall. The lanai is closed in with sliding glass doors to create an even larger living space and is furnished with comfortable chairs and a gaming or eating table. The gorgeous view from the lanai overlooks the golf course. The dining room seats 6. There is also a lovely updated kitchen with everything you would need. Residents will enjoy a variety of wonderful amenities within Bonita Bay including: 10 plus miles of walking and bike paths, use of the tennis courts within Wedgewood, a large outdoor pool, bocce ball courts, a private beach on Bonita Beach and bus shuttle that taxis residence to and from and kayak and canoe launches. The beach club provides umbrellas and lounge chairs for the beach, has restrooms and showers and charcoal grills and gazebos with picnic tables.
