Fully restored former stables, this charming residence you will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside and invigorating air of the nearby beaches and lush golf courses.
The Longère offers to its occupants a surface of approximately 100 m2.
The geographical situation is ideal to make many tourist and cultural excursions (Beuvron en Auge, the landing beaches, Honfleur ...), or even nice walks on the beaches of the Normandy coast.
The Longère has all the necessary comfort to allow you to spend a very pleasant stay:

Ideal gelegen für lokale Attraktionen sowie weiter entfernte Ziele!

Die FeWo liegt sehr ruhig in dem kleinen Örtchen Goustranville, im Weiler Hameau de St. Clair, mittig in der Küstenregion der Normandie. Zur Autobahn sind es nur fünf Minuten, um Ziele wie Rouen (80 km), Mont St.Michel (150) oder – wenn man will – Paris (200) zu erreichen. Lokale Attraktionen wie die faszinierenden kleinen Örtchen Beuvron-en-Auge und Cambremer oder auch der Strand sind nah dabei. Auch Bayeux und die Landungsstrände sind recht gut zu erreichen Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht (sogar ein Austernmesser, wenn man sich traut), und der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfreich, sowohl was Ziele in der Umgebung angeht als auch praktische FeWo-Aspekte. Tipp: Wer mit den Maßen der französischen Betten und Überbetten nicht vertraut ist, sollte beim Gastgeber die Bettwäsche „bestellen“. Die ist nicht vorneweg vorgesehen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Een heel leuk appartement in een oude schuur. Mooi gemaakt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenlijk mochten we alleen het stuk terras gebruiken wat bij het appartement hoort maar de kinderen mochten toch ook met hun voetbal over het grote grasveld. Heerlijk rustig plekje waar je af en toe de snelweg hoort maar meer ook niet. Gunstig gelegen om naar allerlei verschillend plekken te gaan maar een auto is wel een must. Al met al een hele goede vakantie gehad.

des vacances très reposantes et intéressantes

Nous avons passé des vacances dans une endroit très calme et magnifique. Monsieur de Fabel nous a donné des informations sur tout ce qu´il faut savoir et la maison est extraordinaire. Il y a beaucoup de place, aussi pour une famille avec trois enfants. Tout cela donne envie de revenir!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Bauernhaus zum Wöhlfühlen

Wer es in seinem Feriendomizil ruhig haben will, ist hier genau richtig. Das Bauernhaus (ausgebauter ehemaliger Pferdestall) liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, welches zu einem Gutshaus gehört. Dieses wird vom Besitzer selbst genutzt. Allerdings waren die Vermieter nur am Wochendende da. Die Einrichtung ist sehr urig aber geschmackvoll. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Eine dichte Hecke schützt das Bauerhaus von unliebsamen Blicken. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Nur Schafe, Ponys und ein Esel haben uns Gesellschaft geleistet. Fahrradfahren war nicht so einfach. Die Fahrradwege waren zum Teil nicht gemäht , so daß wir oft auf der Landstraße fahren mußten. Die Radkarten der hiesigen Information waren dürftig. Da wir kaum Strandwetter hatten, haben wir sehr viele Ausflüge macht. Und das war toll. Es gibt in dieser Gegend so viel Sehenswertes.

Great property, hospitality and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is located in a very quiet and stunningly beautiful area, but with convenient access to bigger towns, beaches and historical attractions. The host was very friendly and helpful, and made our stay very enjoyable. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. We also appreciated our host's recommendations on where to eat, shop and experience the best of Normandy. Highly recommend!

Urlaub,wie man ihn sich träumt

Gut ausgestattete,individuell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung über zwei Stockwerke verteilt mit reichlich Platz in einer in normannischen Fachwerk-Stil ausgebauten Scheune in einem herrlichen großen Herrengut:einfach phantastisch,wenn man Natur in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung,abseits von Rummel und Krawall liebt.Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Region (basse Normandie) zu entdecken.Einziger Schwachpunkt:ein schwaches W-lan -Netz,dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts,der sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig weiterhalf.Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und wollen ,sobald möglich, wiederkommen.

Très bon week-end à la campagne

Bonne adresse à la campagne, non loin de l'autoroute et des plages normandes. L'étage avec chambres et salle de bain est très agréable, spacieux, clair et bien agencé. La literie est très bonne. Le rez de chaussée est un peu plus confiné. Il nous a manqué une 5ème place assise pour le côté salon et le coin cuisine est petit, mais ne manque de rien. La terrasse extérieure n'ouvre pas sur le parc privé, mais est entourée de haies, dû sans doute au fait que la maison des propriétaires est en face, par ailleurs très discrets et très arrangeants.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil im Herzen der Normandie

Ein sehr gemütliches Chalet für 4-5 Personen auf parkähnlicher Anlage eines alten, normannischen Anwesens. Neu und hochwertig eingerichtet. Mit 2 Duschbädern, Terrasse, Grill, Sitzecke, Essecke, etc. Ausgesprochen nette und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter die viele Insidertips geben über die Region, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Strand, Restaurants und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min per Auto einfach zu erreichen. Strandnähe (10-15 min) zu wunderschönen Sandstränden. Ideal für Familien (2+3). Hund war kein Problem. Sehr gute Anfahrt- (kommt vorab per email) und Haus-Dokumentation. Absolut empfehlenswerte für ruhigen Urlaub auf dem Land mit Nähe zum Strand und interessanten Städten. Merci Sebastien & Famille !!

Chic, charme et calme !

Cette location a tout pour plaire et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. C’était chic, charmant et calme. De quoi se ressourcer tout en profitant de la quiétude de la campagne et de l’effet dynamisant de la mer. Concernant la maison, elle comprenait tout ce qui était listé sur le site. Les pièces sont grandes, l’équipement décrit était bien présent, ce qui a permis d’allier le charme de la vie au vert tout en ayant un bon confort, d’autant que tout était clean. Il y a de nombreux loisirs à faire à quelques kms et nous avons été bien aidés par les conseils des propriétaires. Une suggestion : indiquer le nombre de km entre la maison et les activités faisables. C’est une adresse que nous recommanderons à nos proches.

Une location à conseiller vivement !

Très contents de cette location entre mer et campagne ! La description du logement et les photos correspondaient bien à la réalité. Pas de mauvaises surprises en arrivant. L’ensemble était bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire, bien décoré mais aussi très propre. L’accueil était chaleureux et le guide d’accueil bien pratique pour avoir les bonnes adresses du coin notamment. C’est certain que la voiture est nécessaire tant pour faire les courses que pour découvrir la région. Mais, le séjour a été très agréable et reposant, après de bonnes excursions la journée. C’est donc une location que nous conseillerions pour vivre un séjour à la campagne avec la mer tout proche.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette longère qui a beaucoup de charme. La maison est bien équipée. L'endroit est calme dans propriété très sympa. Les propriétaires sont acceuillants. Nous avons également appréciés la propreté des lieux et la qualité de la literie. Cette location est aussi bien située pour découvrir la région. Je pense que nous reviendrons passer un WE prochainement.

Petit week-end bien sympa et cosy!

La maison est très jolie et j'ai beaucoup aimé le salon avec la grande baie vitrée entre colombages. On a été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, et ils ont fait un livret d'accueil très pratique pour gagner du temps. Grandes chambres propres et soignées. Mon mari a apprécié le piano et les enfants ont adoré aller à la plage tous les jours! Nous reviendrons certainement pour faire un stage d'équitation...
