Villa Stachy & Elia is a spacious and welcoming holiday home located in the peaceful village of Kato Kalesia, just a short drive from Heraklion. Set over two floors and covering 200 sq.m., the villa has been designed to comfortably host families or groups of friends seeking relaxation, privacy, and modern comforts in a serene setting.

On the ground floor, guests will find a comfortable double bedroom featuring a large double bed (180×200 cm), air conditioning, and easy access to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances, a dining table, and a water filtration system for added convenience. The same level also offers a bright and inviting living room with 2 sofa beds, a massage chair, TV, air conditioning, and an additional dining area, creating a warm and functional space for shared moments.

The upper floor hosts two additional bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with air conditioning and balcony access, while the second is a flexible room featuring a single bed and a sofa bed. This room remains naturally cool and is equipped with a portable fan for comfort. All bedrooms open onto balconies, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air and views throughout the day. On this level there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside, the villa continues to impress with a beautifully designed annex that includes a second well equipped kitchen with a double oven and sink, as well as a TV and comfortable seating area. Large glass doors open directly onto the pool area. The private heated swimming pool measures 8×2.5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, and is surrounded by sun loungers and a stylish gazebo, perfect for lounging, dining, or enjoying long summer evenings.

To elevate your stay, the pool can be heated. It must be reserved for the full duration of your stay, with at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival. A supplement of €40 per day applies. Please note that heating is weather-dependent (will not operate during rainy conditions) ensuring the most enjoyable swimming experience. A pool cover is not available.
