The holiday apartment is located near the town center of Neuruppin in a villa directly on Lake Ruppin, within a gated community.
The ground-floor apartment offers idyllic lake views from its terrace.
Two separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen (both with direct lake views) comfortably accommodate four adults. A fifth person can be accommodated on an extra bed in the second bedroom.
The bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The community has its own private access to the lake with a swimming ladder. Children can enjoy the public bathing area in the immediate vicinity.
