The property has capacity for 6 people and is located within an exclusive rural complex with extensive communal areas and spaces designed for the enjoyment of the whole family. Located on the upper floor, it offers beautiful views of the mountain and the landscaped areas of the grounds. 🌄✨



Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower tray and an en-suite toilet in the master bedroom, as well as a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped American kitchen. The property has air conditioning in all rooms, 55" Smart TV, wifi, washing machine, air fryer, travel cot and everything necessary for a comfortable stay during any time of year. 🏡❄️☀️



One of its great attractions are its two pleasant private terraces, perfect for having breakfast in the open air, relaxing with the views or enjoying a family dinner. Furthermore, guests have access to a large fenced communal swimming pool of 12 x 6 metres, shared with other apartments in the complex. 🏊‍♂️🌴



The premises also has a communal barbecue, extensive green areas, football goals, a chill-out zone with picnic tables and a fun wooden children's platform situated in a tree. ⚽🌳👨‍👩‍👧‍👦



Pets are allowed and there is parking available within the property.

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are permitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the reservation. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended.
