The chalet has two large bedrooms and a queen size pull-out bed in the lounge. There are two bathrooms both with bath and walk-in shower, king size bed in main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. A separate dining room seats six and leads into the lounge with TV.
The large patio with outdoor furniture overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
The property is in the heart of Sandton, within walking distance of the CBD, and 10 minutes from Sandton City shopping mall, Gautrain station and the Sandton Convention Centre.

Spacious bungalow with beautiful garden
Great, safe location with a Mall within walking distance. Beautifully clean and very spacious. Unfortunately rather dated and requiring quite a lot of maintenance work. Glass in windows were missing and cracked, kitchen drawers missing fronts. The neighbouring chalet has been modernised so I’m sure this will be next. The garden was a delightful riot of colour. The pool is a good size but the cleaning system suffers due to load shedding. Initially slow to respond the owner helpfully allowed our request for a late check out which was much appreciated.

The property has just been renovated. The house, built in 1967, has unique features of that time; wooden floors and ceilings, and old-fashioned lighting fixtures.
The house has been divided into two chalets.This chalet for up to 6 people and chalet no.1 for up to 4 people.
You can enjoy the use of free WiFi and parking under the carport is also free. The swimming pool is set in a beautiful garden and barbecue facilities are provided.
