The new apartment (March 2014) of about 30 m² and is located on the ground floor in a quiet environment (Nantes south) 200 m from the busway (Gare SNCF NANTES 20 minutes by busway). Close (900 m) from the edges of the Nantes sèvres for hikes into the heart of Nantes and beyond. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms wood structure with flat green roof. It has south of a large bay window and a skylight in the roof built to provide maximum natural light. The views are framed on two nearby trees. It is accessible to the disabled. The interior spaces are functional and quality (floor heating to enjoy a gentle heat and the floor is made of resin). The comfortable equipment is complete.
