The apartment is located on the first floor and features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Wi-Fi and initial bed linen are included in the rental price. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, towel warmer, hairdryer, and vanity mirror; a separate toilet is also available.

The balcony invites you to relax in the fresh Baltic Sea air. A bicycle storage room, bread roll delivery service, and a paid underground parking space complete the offering. The allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartment is pet-free. A security deposit of €200.00 is required for the apartment and will be refunded after departure and proper handover.
