About this property

TOTALLY RENOVATED UNIT WITH A MODERN COASTAL DESIGN.

We recently purchased this unit (December 2017) and we have renovated the unit completely. Every room has been completely renovated and includes new furniture, flat screen televisions, cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fixtures, flooring, crown molding stone accents and glass backsplash. The unit is located on the twelfth floor of the Brigadune which is located at 9500 Shore Drive. The Shore Drive area is a quiet area of Myrtle Beach but is conveniently located close to outlet shopping and grocery shopping. It is also centrally located, close to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. The Brigadune has an oceanfront pool.

The unit includes new flooring throughout along with a brand new kitchen including gray cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes all new dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils and appliances. The unit also has a wine and coffee bar which includes a Keurig coffee maker and a temperature controlled wine refrigerator.
Both bathrooms are totally renovated including stone and glass tile in the showers along with body sprays for a spa-like experience. The bedrooms and living room are totally renovated as well including brand new furniture including flat screen televisions in each room. The unit also includes laundry within the unit which includes a brand new washer and dryer. The oceanfront balcony includes two recliners as well as an outdoor pub table with two chairs.

This property is VERY clean, updated and easily accessible. We love the oceanfront view, and the lack of public access to this section of the beach. Tenants of the building are welcoming and fun. If this property isn’t available on your dates - change them. You won’t be disappointed!

A wonderful place on the beach.

We have stayed at the Brigadune for 3 years on our own and many years prior with family and this is by far the nicest unit we have seen. Everything listed is accurate. The kitchen is spacious. The property was clean and the property manager was easily accessible. She was in communication with us regarding maintenance to the building during our stay. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat and are hoping to do so again next year.

Really no issues that couldn’t be dealt with. Modern well equipped condo. Two tiled walk in showers so great. Grab bars in showers would be nice for us older folks though. Living room pull out sofa cannot be comfortably sat on. The cushions and bed collapse to the floor. Will consider again definitely.

This was our second year staying at the property. It’s updated, clean and well-maintained. The owner is great with communication. The property has two elevators, and we never waited more than 30 seconds for one. The location is great and the beach less crowded than others due to limited public access in that area. The bathrooms in this unit are top notch! Check out the pictures! We absolutely love this property. You won’t be disappointed - and we are high-maintenance people. Ha!

The bathrooms include body sprays and provide a spa-like experience after a long day at the beach! The kitchen is completely stocked with new dishes, pots and pans and everything you will need to cook a completely meal if you chose to do so. The coffee and wine bar includes a Keurig coffeemaker and a wine and beverage refrigerator.
