This Condo is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Marco Island. The unit is on the fourth floor of Sea Winds of Marco and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and unbelievable sunsets. The 2 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 bath condo has a nice tropical décor for all to enjoy. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day on the beach, relax next to the pool or watch the sunsets. (Non- smoking unit).

Property guests are required to pay a parking fee of $50 at registration for an annual parking permit.

Cute condo!

We enjoyed our stay despite the cold temps in Marco when we were there. The owner was great to communicate with via the Vrbo app or her cell number. Very clean and welcoming condo. The decor is beachy and so cute. The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Spring break getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable unit. Loved being right on the beach and listening to the waves crash as we went to sleep. We highly recommend renting a boat and spending the day on the intra coastal. So fun!

Spring Vacation

Condo was super clean. Beach chairs, cooler and plenty of towels were provided. Only complaint was that washer and dryer were very loud. All in all it was a great stay. Would stay there again.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time at Silvia’s property. Exactly as advertised, updated, enough space for our family of 4. We were able to fit a pack and play in the smaller bedroom. We rented a car and were able to get around the island easily, parking very easy. The location can’t be beat. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo, everything was as described if not better. Nightly sunsets from the large balcony were a great way to cap off every day here on the island. Silvia, the host, was very communicative and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire booking process. Fantastic location directly on the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We're looking forward to the next time we can stay!

Great Stay on Marco Island

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit on Marco Island. Unit is a little on the small side, but fit our family of 4 just perfectly. Location to beach was perfect. Pool was nice too. A few restaurants/shops in walking distance and everything else just a short drive away. Silvia is an excellent owner and very responsive/helpful to all questions we had.

Wonderful time at Marco Island

We hadn't enjoyed a vacation for 9 years. The other vacationers were friendly, we enjoyed watching the sun set every evening, relaxed, didn't check email messages and the Sea Wind was a great place to stay. Thank you Sylvia for hosting us. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Amazing stay on Marco island

This is our second stay in the Sea Winds bldg, but a different condo unit. The location of the bldg is perfect, right on the beach. This unit looks like it was recently renovated and very clean. It had everything we needed for 4 of us. The property manager was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Next time we’ll try to get this unit again.
