Ocean Front balcony! This 2 bedroom/2 bath Penthouse unit sleeps 6. You'll enjoy a king in the master, a king in the guest bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and two full bathrooms. A full kitchen includes a coffee and tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster, cookware, flatware. General room amenities include washer/dryer, high speed wireless Internet, iron and ironing board, and cable TV.

These are worldmark units, they are located in the North Tower, typically on the 11th and 14th floor. Unit numbers are assigned by the resort at check-in. Free parking for one vehicle per unit in the garage; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage (connects to resort via overhead covered walkway for a fee).

This is the best condo complex in all of Daytona Beach for events such as the Daytona 500, Bike Week, Biketoberfest and the Coke Zero 400.

Located on a beautiful stretch of pedestrian-only beach, Ocean Walk is a 19-story beachfront masterpiece that is part of an impressive 80,000 square foot resort and entertainment complex. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was wonderful. Very spacious and clean. Perfect for our family. And for some of the rainy days we had! It was crowded at the pool area and had to really scramble for chairs but not a huge deal for our group.

We were very excited to stay at this resort for the first time! This was for our kiddos first ever trip to Daytona Beach! We arrived a little early before check in and were met with a bunch of confused front desk staff. We were offered our bracelets to use the facilites until our room was ready. We thought we would be on the 11th floor but in the end we were on the 14th floor. The front desk staff never told us anything other than, here are your bracelets and your room was on the 11th floor and here is your parking pass. That was IT! We had no clue where anything was or if we had housekeeping or where to get and take used pool/beach towels ect. We were shuffled off to the another desk to obtain what we thought was more information about where things were only to find out the staff was trying to set us up an appointment to do their time share presentation. We were shocked since we were just there to enjoy our Spring Break. The room was slightly different and smaller than the picture we thought we booked. We also found out that if you leave your pool side chair for more than 30 mins (regardless of why you are not seated in the chair) then the security guard will come along and remove all of your belongings. This happened to us once, which turned into a domino affect as we were then given someone elses chairs and then had to face them when they came back yelling at us about taking their chairs. This happened daily to people there. I think over all the resort is relatively nice, our host we booked through was fantastic, but the staff themselves at the resort are what makes us not want to come back again. The front desk staff just could care less.

The property was great. The condo was very nice and clean.

We only got one parking space for a condo that sleeps 8. I spent over $150 in a public parking area, from Saturday thru Thursday when I received a second pass after several requests. There were only a few tables at the pool with umbrellas and the same people got them everyday the entire week. They formed a line about an hour before the pool deck opened and it was a foot race to try and get one every morning. This needs to be a lottery draw or something. Someone is going to get injured. The lounge chairs were almost as bad. Don't dare sleep in on your vacation or you won't get a chair at all. The elevator situation was horrible. Check in was over whelming on Saturday afternoon. After driving for 12 hours we arrived about an hour before our check in time and was told that our room wasn't ready. We were given passes to all the pool areas and told to enjoy. Yeah after driving over 600 miles, I just wanted to rest. About 3 and a half hours of waiting around we finally got checked in. Why not stagger check in times instead of all the same time. It may just be me but this was not how I wanted to spend my vacation. The facilities and the condos are very nice.
