The holiday apartment "Dat lüttge Hus" is located in the charming village of Bohlsen. This lovingly renovated farm worker's cottage (Deputathaus) is over 100 years old. Here, the Schröder family seamlessly integrates their personal and professional lives (Florian Schröder's speech therapy practice).
The comfortable and cozy apartment offers ample space to relax and unwind! Two levels with approximately 65 square meters are at your disposal. In addition to three bedrooms, you'll find a comfortable living room with a tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment's location near the B71/K34 highways, providing easy access to the town and district of Uelzen, makes it particularly suitable for tradespeople and construction workers.
