Family get away

Great location being close to the Pearl district, Brackenridge park and the river walk. Home well done, recently remodeled though still with the older character of the original home.

Wonderful place

Such a great little house. This was a fantastic location if you want to be close to the downtown area and the riverwalk, but not on it. Our average Uber/Lyft downtown was around $8. The house itself was immaculately clean and had everything you would need. There is a small hispanic restaurant a block away with amazing food and there are two coffee shops .7ish miles away. Manuel was responsive to any questions and was timely with checkin information. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Home and Experience

We absolutely loved this home and it's close proximity to the San Antonio Zoo, the Pearl, and the Frost Bank Center. The home was very spacious and provided the perfect environment for a weekend getaway. We were also very pleased with the child friendliness of the home. The host was very polite and responsive to our needs. A+++

Why they chose this property

This is a 120 years old house that has been completely renovated, it has gorgeous original features with a full modern renovation, great open spaces to relax and a very nice front and back porch with a huge backyard.
The house is less than one mile from the amazing Pearl Brewery district with tons of activities to do, restaurants and the start of the Riverwalk is right there as well.
Downtown and Riverwalk are a couple minutes Uber ride as well.
