A great spot for those requiring a peaceful and relaxing holiday or wishing to enjoy all that Somerset has to offer. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with the Ham Hill Country Park close by offering pathways to explore and for a panoramic view of South Somerset go to the top of Burrow Hill. The Jurassic Coast which is a World Heritage Site is slightly further afield. The towns of Ilminster, Yeovil and Taunton are within easy reach both offering a range of shops and leisure facilities. There are attractions for all tastes with National Trusts Montacute House, Longleat Safari Park, Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Glastonbury with its Tor and Clarks Village at Street.
Immediately upon entering the cottage you will find yourself in a porch a perfect place to hang coats or store muddy boots after a long walk in the countryside. From here enter into a hall which leads into the lounge a perfect room to cosy up and catch up on the days activities, or enjoy watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. There is also a useful WC off the hall. The kitchen/diner is perfect for enjoying some family meals together and is very well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Going upstairs you will find three bedrooms one double, one twin and one single. The bathroom is also on this floor and has a shower over bath and WC.
Venturing outside through the front door guests will find a fully enclosed garden with plenty of seating, here you can enjoy the warm Somerset evenings with a glass of something refreshing. To the side of the cottage is a private patio with seating which is partially covered and there is a garage which is perfect for storing bikes, muddy wellies or drying off your four legged friends.
