Situated in a secluded location near to Rosedale East, in the heart of the North York Moors, this home is a haven for guests looking to be at one with the gentle countryside of Yorkshire. You'll be surrounded by ancient woodland, free-flowing rivers and lush green valleys yearning to be explored via walking or cycling trails. Head just 3 miles north to Blakey Ridge and take in one of the finest views across the whole of the moors, before heading to the village of Rosedale Abbey just 1.5 miles away to take respite in one of the charming tea rooms or welcoming country pubs.

From the moment you walk through the door, you will feel a sense of quality throughout this lovingly furnished property. At the heart of the home is the spectacular open-plan living space made up of the kitchen, dining area and lounge, a light-filled space designed to bring the whole family together. As you step into the lounge, you will be greeted by a traditional wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating to take your pick from. The sleek kitchen comes fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need to cook up some hearty meals, alongside a breakfast bar for a spot of informal dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, sits the dining area, boasting a table to seat up to 10 comfortably as you enjoy picturesque views. Upstairs, take your pick from four beautifully finished bedrooms, and four handy bathrooms. The generous master bedroom is home to a king-size bed and beautiful en-suite complete with oval bath; perfect for a night of relaxation, and walk-in shower. The second is a double, complete with en-suite, with the third also a double. The fourth bedroom is a charming twin room (which can be configured as a super-king-size upon request) ,complete with en-suite shower room. You'll also find a spacious family bathroom on the first floor, complete with a second bath and walk-in shower.

There's much to enjoy outside too; step out through the patio doors from the lounge or dining area to find an elegant stone terrace complete with seating area, and lawned garden offering views of the surrounding moorland. Of course, the hot tub is the star of the show, offering unspoiled views and a tranquil oasis to retreat to whatever the weather. If you're lucky, you might spot some of the local wildlife such as curlews and wild deer. Off-road parking is available.
