Went after Labor Day so Montauk was perfect. All of the crowds were gone. The property was perfectly located to everything. Will definitely book again.

We had a great time , place was very clean , seller was very easy to communicate with , responds very quickly. Being that we were staying at the condo and not the actual hotel there were some rules we were not aware of such as the shuttle into town. When communicating with homeowner she was even willing to pay the expenses . The home owners were very nice . Great getaway !

We had a great time staying at Joyce's property at Montauk Manor. It was a great location and never too far from anywhere we wanted to go. The condo was very clean and perfect for our weekend in Montauk. The property was located on top of a hill so the views were absolutely stunning of the ocean and having access to the pool was so nice. It was very peaceful. Joyce was very easy to contact throughout our stay and responded very quickly to any questions I had. Everyone on the property was also very kind and the check-in process was very seamless. Coming from the city we did not have a car for the weekend, which was no problem at all as Ubers were very easy to get all weekend long. We had a great time at Joyce's property and can't wait to be back! :)

Nice place for a family to spread out a bit. Clean and well provisioned. Only downsides are no outdoor spaceā€” balcony or patio - on this unit, and you definitely need a car since itā€™s about a mile to town.
