Pleasant and luxurious house for 10 people. with furnished private relaxation area with bubble bath for 6 people, shower and sauna, large terrace and large garden (2000 m²) with playground in Noiseux.

Noisseux is located 7 kilometers from Durbuy, Marche and Barvaux and belongs to the municipality of Somme-Leuze.
This is a tourist village in the Ourthe valley. From most houses you have a beautiful view over the river. In the summer you can use the specially constructed beach and the sunbathing lawn. From there you can also launch canoes. In the village there are the necessary shops (bakery, supermarket), as well as a restaurant.

Near this villa you will find a playground. The house is pleasantly furnished and is fully equipped. In the garden there is a table tennis table, ideal for children and perhaps also for adults.


For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
It is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Alles funktioniert, sauber ist es auch! Es fehlen jedoch Haken unten für Jacken im Eingangsbereich und im Bad gibt es keine Ablagefläche für die Utensilien, keine Handtuchhalter! Die Einrichtung entspricht bei dem Preis nicht dem Standard, was man dafür erwarten würde.Was dem Haus fehlt, ist ein bisschen Liebe und Wärme.

Huisje was niet schoon. Glas en plastic moet je in de container doen, waar je de sleutel ophaalt. Dus 10 min rijden. Zelf gloor tablet in jacuzzi doen. Veel kapot serviesgoed. Gordijnen hangen deels los. Je kunt niet goed douche boven. Is geen houder voor douchekop waar je onder kunt staan. Schuiven van stoelen klinkt heel hard. Zitten geen viltjes onder. Huisje voel ons erg tegen. Omgeving is mooi.

An sich ist das Haus schön. Was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Treppe. Diese ist sehr steil und die Stufen sind sehr eng. Im Haus hat es am Anfang sehr streng gerochen, nach dem Lüften ging es aber. Im Oberen Badezimmer gibt es keine dusche, nur eine Badewanne. Die Dusche unten ist undicht und das ganze Wasser läuft auf dem Boden. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der unteren Ebene, der Wohnbereich, Küche und die weiteren 4 Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der oberen Etage. Alles in allem war es gut.

Ich habe zunächst versucht, dieses Haus zu buchen, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es belegt war. Später stellte sich heraus, dass die Buchung doch zustande gekommen war, obwohl wir bereits ein anderes Haus gebucht hatten. Aufgrund der Sauna und des Whirlpools haben wir Belvilla gefragt, ob wir auf dieses Haus umbuchen könnten, leider war das nur gegen eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 450 € möglich (Haus kostete 600 € für 3 Nächte). Ich habe mich trotzdem dafür entschieden. Wir hätten 50 € Entschädigung bekommen (lächerlich wenig), aber das war nicht mehr möglich, weil ich zu schnell bezahlt hatte….. Das Haus, in dem wir wohnten, scheint oft an junge Leute vermietet zu werden. Bierflaschen im Gebüsch, außerdem ein im Gebüsch ausgeleerter Topf Spaghettisoße, den der Hund sofort zu fressen begann. Das Haus ist in mittelmäßigem Zustand, während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts hatten wir anderthalb Tage lang kein heißes Wasser. Kaputte Stühle, schmutzige Gartenmöbel. In der Sauna kann man nicht kalt duschen, der Wasserdruck ist viel zu niedrig für die Düsen, die aus der Wand kommen, das Wasser sickert heraus. Knöpfe kommen direkt von der Wand. Wirklich schlecht!! Auch nicht richtig gereinigt und Haare in den gemieteten Bettbezügen. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden und haben uns bei Belvilla beschwert, wegen des schlechten Aufenthalts, aber auch, weil uns so viele zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind. Belvillas Vorschlag sah eine Entschädigung von 85 € vor. Für uns nie wieder dieses Haus und nie wieder Belvilla!!

Huisje is erg verouderd, bijna alles is versleten. Ook erg smerig, er zaten plekken op deuren en kastjes waarvan we eerst dachten dat het verweerd was maar het bleek gewoon een dikke laag vettigheid te zijn. Overal spinnenwebben en spinnen. Lampjes was bijna in iedere ruimte wel een lamp kapot. Spellen in de kast zijn allemaal incompleet. Er zit een relaxruimte bij met een hottub, deze staat dag en nacht aan, hier betaal je extra voor of je dit nu wil gebruiken of niet want het kan niet uitgezet worden dus die rekening moeten we nog ontvangen, ook klopten de ingevoerde aankomst meterstanden niet, wordt al meteen meer berekend. Relaxruimte is ook slecht onderhouden. Gaten in plafond. Douches zijn niet goed in te stellen qua temperatuur alsof boiler niet goed functioneerde. Ofwel alles was eigenlijk gewoon versleten. 1 positief puntje was de tuin en de omgeving.

We verbleven een midweek in de Ardennen. ( Noiseux residence Saint Antoine) De omgeving was mooi, wat we helaas niet van het huis konden zeggen. Het huis was nogal gedateerd, we moesten achteraf nogal wat energiekosten betalen doordat de jacuzie dag en nacht aan moet blijven. In de badkamer boven is een handdouche, letterlijk een handdouche , want er zit geen bevestiging aan de muur. De douche in de tweede badkamer zit zo laag bevestigd dat je niet rechtop onder de douche kunt staan ( ik ben 1.72 m). Het positieve van het huis is de ruimte in het huis en de ruimte eromheen.

Een afgeleefd huis, sterke putlucht in de keuken bij aankomst, niet echt proper gekuist ( 125 euro), geen achterdeur, geen pad naar de tuin, verstopt toilet ( afvoerbuizen niet goed geplaatst ), warm water in de douches zeer moeilijk te regelen, in het dorpje is niks te beleven ( frituur, kerk en sparmarkt ) , geen uitgestippelde wandelingen in de buurt, grote vaste gemetste bbq in de tuin maar in slechte staat en rotte roosters ( hier is wat vindingrijkheid nodig om vleesjes te bakken ), wellnessgedeelte is leuk maar niet echt proper, mooi groot terras op 1e verdiep maar door het frisse weer niet echt gebruik kunnen van maken. Beetje tegengevallen dus voor die prijs, daar gaan we niet meer terug.
