Wine Country Hollywood Hill Home In Woodinville

Hollywood Hill in Woodinville, WA is a unique suburban area on the eastside (approximately 25 minutes to Seattle). Woodinville is known for it's hundreds of different wineries, breweries and restaurants. This is minutes away from the very popular Chateau St. Michelle Winery where many concerts are performed. Hollywood Hill Schoolhouse is located at the bottom of our hill and the location of many weddings and other events. We are extremely close to the Burke Gilman trail which is a 27 mile multi-use recreational trail great for walking, running and bike riding.

This property is located down a beautiful, secluded, wooded, private drive and is situated on a quiet acre of land. This recently remodeled detached 1,200 square foot space is very comfortable and modern. This home has two bedrooms, one master with a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a full sized bed and is in a loft. There is one nice sized bathroom with shower. Skylights let in the natural light in several rooms. The kitchen has a new gas range / oven, Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and microwave. There are plenty of kitchen cabinets for storage with Keurig coffee maker and toaster. The laundry room has ample storage to hang clothes and includes a washer and dryer.

Anna’s property was awesome! Very spacious and well put together. She made sure all needs were covered. Even though we unfortunately came during a heatwave, she did her best to make sure the entire space was as comfortable as possible. It was remote but still not too far away from places in town. Didn’t visit any of the wine tasting rooms but we passed quite a few of them. It was great getting a chance to talk to her before we left. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again. Thanks Anna!

A relaxing getaway

Anna was a great host and provided us with a very comfortable stay. Our 9mo travelled with us and slept comfortably in the lofted bedroom. This home was so clean and beautiful decorated. The coffee station was a plus! The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the heat lamp in the bathroom after showering. Anna was available and made sure we had anything we needed! We'd stay here again.

Terrific apartment!

We loved our ten-day stay at Anna's apartment in Woodenville! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! We did need our GPS to find it, but it's in a wonderful neighborhood. Anna was so helpful too. I highly recommend this apartment!
