Visit historic locations of Spynie Palace or Duffus Castle, all within 9 miles, or enjoy some culture with a trip to Elgin Cathedral (3.5 miles). Keen golfers will no doubt be drawn to the three golf clubs within 5 miles of the house, and the Malt whisky Trail offers plenty of whisky hotspots within 7 miles. For a day out like no other head to Spey Bay (10 miles) to view dolphins in the ocean.



On entering the property you'll find a bright and spacious hallway with a spacious staircase leading up to the first floor. Head straight through into the calming living room, where comfy sofas face a SmartTV with DVD player and a wood burner flickers away.
