The studio apartment is part of a complex consisting of just two units, featuring a shared pool and spacious outdoor areas equipped with a lawn, barbecue, and parking.
The annex is equipped with air conditioning, an electric oven, a hair dryer, a mini-fridge, mosquito nets, etc., and sleeps up to 4 guests. Pets allowed.

The annex is spread over two levels, with a loft separating the living area from the sleeping area. On the lower level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the loft, there is one double bedroom.
Amid the fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, there are swings and areas equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, where you can breathe in the most authentic scents of nature.

This country cottage is located on a property consisting of just two independent units, in the heart of Salento, in the town of Cutrofiano.
Its location lies at the center of an ideal triangle between the towns of Aradeo, Cutrofiano, and Collepasso?all just a few kilometers away?allowing for easy access to both the beaches on the Ionian Sea, such as Gallipoli (less than 20 km away), and the seaside resorts along the Adriatic coast, such as Otranto, the beaches of Melendugno, and Castro?all roughly 30 km away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).                                          
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from July to August.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
