We had a pleasant stay in the caravan and overall had a great experience.The owner was very responsive. The communication was clear, and the instructions provided were detailed and easy to follow, which made the check-in process smooth. We arrived on time to collect the keys and received a warm welcome at reception.When we entered the caravan, it was clean and tidy. However, there was a noticeable smell inside, so we left the windows open for a while to air the caravan out.The caravan had enough space to accommodate the five of us, including the children. The kids enjoyed the selection of board games that were provided, which was a lovely touch and helped make the stay more enjoyable.One of the main issues we experienced was the broadband connection. We purchased the broadband package from reception, but unfortunately, the signal was very poor inside the caravan. We had to sit near the main door or go outside the caravan to get the internet connection. Mobile phone coverage was also quite poor inside the caravan, which was inconvenient.Another minor issue was the limited supply of essential items. There was only one toilet roll provided in each toilet, so we had to purchase ourselves. The same applied to tea bags, coffee and sugar.Apart from these, we had a very enjoyable stay. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, with easy access to food outlets and the beaches at Rhyl and Llandudno. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to visit again.
