Maison La Dévalade is a wonderfully relaxed Provençal retreat made up of three independent dwellings, ideal for families or groups who want to holiday together while still enjoying their own space. Set in a peaceful pocket of the countryside, the property is wrapped in olive trees, fruit trees and views towards the Luberon, with a large heated pool and generous outdoor living areas that make summer days drift by beautifully.

The atmosphere is one of easy conviviality: long lunches under the pergola, children splashing in the pool, pétanque at sunset, and the gentle hum of cicadas in the background. It’s a home designed for simple pleasures, privacy and comfort.

Inside
A bright, welcoming interior across three separate units, each with its own living spaces and kitchen facilities. The main house is the social heart, while the annexe and chalet offer independence and quiet corners.

Main House
Living Room — Light-filled space with sofas, armchair, TV including English channels.
Kitchen — Garden views, fully equipped with induction hob (5 rings), dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and dining table.
Utility Room — Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Annexe
Living Area — Spacious room with seating, dining area, kitchenette and air-conditioning.
Private Terrace — Outdoor seating for quiet breakfasts or evening drinks.

Independent Chalet

A short drive brings you to the region’s highlights: the ochre cliffs of Roussillon, the antiques of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the hilltop beauty of Bonnieux and the hiking trails of the Luberon. Cycle routes, wine domaines, farm shops and scenic picnic spots are all close at hand, making this an ideal base for exploring Provence at its most authentic.
