Just a short 10-minute bus ride from the world-famous Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena, you'll be perfectly placed to enjoy major sporting events, concerts, and entertainment throughout the year.

Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious ground floor living and dining area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and socialising. Unwind on the comfortable sofas, enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or gather around the large dining table for meals and memorable moments together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking a family dinner after a busy day of sightseeing.

Upstairs, the property offers three comfortable bedrooms:

A spacious master bedroom with a King bed
A cosy second King bedroom
A comfortable single bedroom

All bedrooms feature comfortable beds and generous wardrobe space, ensuring a relaxing and practical stay for every guest.

The home also benefits from a full family bathroom with a shower over the bathtub, as well as a separate WC on the ground floor for added convenience.

One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful and spacious private back garden. During the warmer months, it's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or simply unwind after a day exploring London. The garden is furnished with outdoor table and chairs for your comfort.

For guests travelling by car, the front driveway provides free off-street parking for up to two vehicles.

Whether you're visiting for a concert at Wembley, a family holiday, or a business trip, our comfortable North London home offers the perfect combination of convenience, space, and relaxation.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

The house may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
