Experience a one-of-a-kind beachfront villa thoughtfully designed by an award-winning architect. Every space has been carefully curated to blend contemporary elegance with natural coastal beauty, featuring bespoke interiors, premium finishes, and abundant natural light.
From the open-plan living areas to the beautifully appointed bedrooms, the villa offers a seamless balance of luxury, comfort, and sophistication. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning views, materials, custom furnishing.

We have a beautiful architect designed villa (both inside and outside).
All the water in the villa is safe to drink, as there is filtered water.
The windows are all double glazed, to ensure no outside noise pollution as well as keeping the house cool.
Everything is brand new.
The kitchen has everything you can think of, including a dishwasher.
The dining room has a beautiful marble dining table.
The living room has a cutting edge UST laser projector and a 120 inch screen. The sound system is an amazing Sony latest sound system that will literally blow your mind!
The laundry room has both the latest LG washing machine and dryer.
There are 5 beautiful bathrooms, one downstairs. Each of the 4 bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms.
The two master bedrooms have king sized beds, and fully fitted furniture. They also have ceiling to floor windows, from which you can see the sunset every evening.
The children’s bedroom has a bespoke bunk bed with a slide.
The children’s playroom has everything you can imagine for a child.
Downstairs there is also a Google Home security system, where you can monitor the rooms and front door at all times.

Designed by an award-winning architect, The Palm Reserve is as beautiful inside as it is out. Every room is finished to an exacting standard — brand new throughout, with double-glazed windows that keep the villa cool and perfectly quiet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for every occasion, the dining room centres on a striking marble table, and the living room features a UST laser projector with a 120-inch screen and a Sony surround sound system. A dedicated laundry room with LG washer and dryer ensures every practicality is covered.

Five en-suite bathrooms serve the four bedrooms. Both master suites have king-sized beds, bespoke fitted furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the sunset each evening. The children's bedroom offers a custom bunk bed with slide, and the playroom is stocked for every age. All water throughout the villa is filtered and safe to drink. A Google Home security system provides peace of mind around the clock.
