Cottage by Lake Bolmen

The little cottage in the village of Sunnaryd is personally decorated and intentionally without a TV, leaving room for books, games, and conversation. The cottage is located on Lake Bolmen, where the forest meets the water, and it is this kind of tranquility that characterizes the entire stay.



The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, making it ideal for those who want to cook during their stay. The garden has outdoor seating, and the boundary between the manicured garden and the wild forest is intentionally blurred. A grill can be borrowed from the host.



Just 700 meters from the cottage is the Pulsen recreation center, featuring a padel court available for rent, a bocce court, table tennis, disc golf, an outdoor gym, and a barbecue area. There’s also a small boat dock and a swimming area. You can go hiking, biking, and kayaking right from the cottage.



Around Lake Bolmen, you’ll find cafés, small restaurants, and farm shops. The forest offers opportunities for berry and mushroom picking during the right season. By car, you can reach Store Mosse National Park and Isaberg for longer day trips.
