Wildlife viewing on occasion (Turkey, Deer, Nilgai, Armadillos). Excellent property for peace and relaxation. Close to Kings Inn Restaurant. Sit back, relax, look at the stars, read a book, fish, back to basics. Internet, Wifi, and Netflix provided. New caliche all weather access road.

Annie and Teo are outstanding hosts! Always available for any questions and easily explained the things we needed to know to use their property. The location is perfect for a getaway to disconnect from the daily grind. So quiet and peaceful with Baffin Bay right outside the door. The cabin was more a house than a cabin. Very clean, well cared for, in fantastic condition. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Fridge is full of condiments. Just bring what you want to cook/eat. The hosts had bagged ice, bottled water, coffee and bait all stocked for your use.The wildlife watching here is incredible. If you are a nature lover or a birder this is the place to go. My wife and I got several lifers here that we've wanted to see for years.All in all, the best VRBO we've been to out of many so far.

This house on Baffin was great, super location and lot of essentials provided. Wade fishing was slow but the pier at night was non-stop, a trout on nearly every cast. Big property, we enjoyed nighttime walks in the pasture to see deer and played golf up and down the hill on the lawn. We're definitely coming back!

Perfect getaway location. Very isolated with a large lush green lawn leading down to the private lighted pier! We saw lots of wildlife; shore birds, migratory birds, deer, Nilgi, bobcat, and more. The house is very comfortable and the host was very welcoming and helpful. Our grandkids caught lots of fish and had a great time. We will be back!

The BEST Vacation Spot

This was our second time staying here, and we will be back yearly. We stayed for a week and were not ready to leave. The night fishing was amazing and having the space and privacy was exactly what we were looking for on vacation. Our kids had a blast and were sad when we had to leave. 15/10 recommend this place. The host is very responsive and makes sure you are taken care of.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained the manager is very very accommodating.

Enjoyed fishing with a friend again at Laguna Salada. We we caught some nice trout, and I recommend this to anyone who likes good fishing and seclusion. The property manager is extremely accommodating. I can’t wait to go back again and have some more fun fishing.

My wife and I purchased 37 acres fronting Laguna Salada (Baffin Bay-Riviera, Texas) about 14 years ago. We cleared about 3/4 acres fronting the water and we designed a Cabin that typified our style of simplicity, quiet luxury, and privacy. Our cabin now has internet access with Wi-Fi and Netflix. as well as 3 local TV Channels. Our purpose was to built a place to relax, enjoy our company, and to communicate without the constant interruptions of everyday life. The view of the bay on a full moon is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Complete privacy. I think we have accomplished our goal. Come try it out.

We chose this property to buy and build on because it is uniquely situated away from any close neighbors and the view of the bay from the Cabin cannot be matched.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the Land where our cabin is built and we have fallen in love with our cabin which sits on this land. This has been a labor of love which we now want to share with you.
