*Hiller's Pine Haven is not pet friendly in June, July, and August due to high guest traffic.*

*As of summer 2020, due to supply/labor shortages in the Northwoods, we will no longer be able to provide bath or beach towels for our guests. Please plan to bring towels for your stay!*

Being located on the west bay of Little Saint is about the best spot you could ask for.

A Cozy Place to Stay

We enjoyed the hot tub inside the cabin. We will be back :) Side note the floors in the cabin did have a slant to them but it gave the cabin character :)

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We are so grateful we found you guys. They provide wood for the fireplace/ outdoors. It is quiet and peaceful.

Found Hiller’s because I was looking for dog friendly accomodation that wasn’t a hotel. This place is awesome. Great location in the Northwoods. The owners/ staff are helpful when you need them and don’t bother you when you don’t. It’s quiet. A whole cabin WITH A HOT TUB and a fireplace! What else could you need? Turns out, NOTHING;). Definitely making this a habit.

Not responsive to issues. Cabin not that great

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day one there was septic issues which is kind of out of owners control But the place smelt like a toilet. We hoped with COVID the place would have been wiped down better. Floors weren’t clean there isn’t mop there to clean with. Drains in the bath room wouldn’t drain. The floor in this unit has a huge slope in the living room that is 9” over a 13’ span. There are no posted quiet hours and no staff on site so we had issues with the party crowd that choose to set up speakers and they’re bean bags in the parking lot literally next to our cabin. Day 2 we saw a mouse and immediately reported it and the slow sink. Called the next day to ask and they said they took care of things and they didn’t and argued with us about. They didn’t come to address it until the last day we were there. Original listing pictures showed a hot tub that was no longer there. The tv Reception horrible reception on every Channel so it was horrible to watch had rain days. This cottage is very close to other cottages. Some employees were nice some were not.

Extremely poor cabins, worse customer support!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not have a working bathroom for our our entire weekend, no water in the sink or shower, no working toilet at all. We were told we could use the spare cabin behind us if we needed to use the toilet and could stay there but it was much too small. we thought it would be fair to get a next visit compensation or at least one night for free, they compensated us a portion of one night because they said they had to pay the cleaning people, so we got about a quarter of our money back. I had to call them approximately 20 times to get a response back! Then we were told that the 500 and some dollars that we had to pay after our little refund for tonight’s day would not even cover the utility cost for the two nights we stayed

Reviewer Comments: Cottage 10 was located in an excellent location near downtown St. Germain. The outdoor facilities were in good condition and the beach was well-maintained. Inside the cabin, the facilities were generally clean. However, the floors were significantly sloped throughout the dwelling, making walking difficult at times for older guests. The bathtub drain was slow to work, leaving you standing in ankle-deep dirty water after a 5 minute shower. Would likely look elsewhere before re-booking this cottage.

Relaxing

Reviewer Comments: When our planned trip was cancelled due to COVID we were looking to still get away for a few days and relax. We booked this cabin because of the hot tub and after we booked we were informed it was no longer there which was pretty disappointing. While you can see the lake from the cabin, it is fairly obstructed by the cabins in front. The cabin floor is also very slanted. Overall it was enjoyable - peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Just wish the hot tub would have been there.

Fine cabin for snowmobile trip, but broken hot tub

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine except the hot tub was broken. Management did not inform us of this until the day we were supposed to arrive. The only reason we booked this specific cabin was for the hot tub so it was pretty upsetting. No discount or anything was offered for the inconvenience. Other than that everything was as expected for the cabin rentals in the area. We are up for many snowmobile trips locally. Just wish we could have soaked in the hot tub after a day of riding...

There is a beautiful view of the lake from the cabin as well. The weekend we were here, was still off season and extremely quiet, which we took full advantage of. Another great time at Hillers Pine Haven!

We were there to celebrate my 90 year old father’s birthday as well as my grandson’s 3rd birthday. We have been staying at Pine Haven or one of the many top-notch Hiller vacation Homes for years, and this time definitely did not disappoint! All 3 of the cabins were great! Someone responded quicker than you could have imagined to a minor problem. The cabins are clean, have a warm, up-north atmosphere, and are perfect anytime we want a Northern Wisconsin get-away. I recommend a stay at Hillers Pine Haven with absolutely no hesitation!
