You'll instantly be amazed with this condo from the moment you walk in the door. With 1400 sq ft and completely updated flooring throughout, a beautiful kitchen with top of the line finishes, tiled bathrooms, amazing coastal decor and much more.



In the living area we offer you to relax on the comfortable leather Sleeper sofa or one of the two accent chairs and take in the view. Or, watch your favorite show or movie on the 65 inch flat-screen cable TV. In the living room, views of the ocean await through large glass sliders that lead to the private balcony. The balcony has an additional outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests and a high top that seats 4.



The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and has magnificent water views.



This inviting space is composed of white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. For guests who love to cook, this well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals. When ready to rest and recharge, guests have two spacious bedrooms to choose from. In the Primary bedroom, there is a King bed with ensuite bathroom.



This bedroom is largely open and provides excellent ocean views. There is also balcony access from inside the room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen beds and access to the hallway bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone in this condo. This beautiful condo has been professionally decorated with quality and coastal finishes. The balcony offers great unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The building offers a shared pool, easy beach access and grill areas. *Condo is on 5th level - elevator available.

Check in and check out was super easy. No issues during our stay. Location couldn't have been better. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be quieter and more private.

The condo was everything we wanted and more! The view of the beach was beautiful. We loved how close we was to the ocean and how private it was. We will definitely stay again!

We were a little disappointed that the pool was down for repairs but not a huge issue. One of the beds in the secondary room was broken when we arrived but we didn't need that bed. I notified the host and they offered to send someone right away but we elected to wait until after we left since we didn't need it. The unit was very clean, beds and furniture very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Loved that we had beach towels, chairs and toys available. And a box fan in each room which was so appreciated by those of us who sleep with a fan year round for white noise! Easy walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Wish there was little later check-out and earlier check-in but understand the need for time to clean.

Location is incredible. Parking was a breeze. The unit is beautiful and spacious for a family of 4 and I really liked the layout. Check-in and out was easy. Chairs and lots of toys for the beach.We had a few issues during our stay. The ice maker was broken so we had to buy ice. The refrigerator froze everything inside it (cokes, milk, everything). The master bed isn't comfortable and does not have blackout curtains. The washing machine is full of sand (no, it wasn't from the clothes I attempted to wash). It rained a couple of days during our stay and water poured out of the fireplace into the floor. The pool was closed for renovations our entire stay, even though when I booked the listing said it would be open by our stay. The elevator was down for maintenance 1 day of our stay, and this unit is on the 5th floor. We had ROWDY neighbors who smoked constantly and partied, blaring music from afternoon to late into the evening so it was difficult to use the balcony. No checkout instructions given. Construction everywhere around the property from the streets outside, the pool, the pier and surrounding businesses. It was still a great trip, the ocean and beach were both fantastic. With a few tweaks and different timing, this unit could be perfect! I would definitely give it another try since most of our issues seemed to be timing.

Fantastic location, perfect for a family. Beach was quieter than further south where there are more hotels. Really nice pool shared by association that wasn't too busy. Super clean common areas and gas grill. Unit is nice layout.. one bedroom faces courtyard and master shares balcony with living room. Perfect for outdoor dinners. Unit is nicely furnished with basics in kitchen. Cookware is on cheaper side and unit is a little older.

Wonderful location, great management

Everything was better than imagined for our stay. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach. The sunsets from the balcony over the ocean were unbeatable. The communication from the property manager company was prompt, courteous and helpful. The apartment’s condition and amenities were perfect for us. We look forward to visiting here again.

Great view of Gulf of Mexico

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this rental which had all the amenities we needed and especially, wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico! We found fun and relaxation as we shared amazing memories in this hidden gem.

Wonderful Accommodation

The condo was as advertised with a beautiful beach steps away. Perfect for a week long getaway with another couple. Walking distance to our favorite place on the beach The Palm Pavilion. Mona was easy to communicate with and addressed all our questions and concerns. We all agreed we would stay there again😊
