The Old School House consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a dual-sided woodburning stove, along with an additional sitting room and a fully equipped gym. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing facilities, while the dining area provides ample seating for group meals. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, two ground-floor super-king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, basins and WCs, a double bedroom with a freestanding bath, and a ground-floor double bedroom. There is also a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair is available. Outside, there is a private outdoor seating area with furniture and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for multiple cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Stay at The Old School House for a memorable group getaway in the Yorkshire Wolds. Note: The two first-floor bedrooms are accessed via individual spiral staircases and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Note: A separate self-contained apartment adjoins the property and is occasionally used by a member of the owners' family.
