This beautiful condo is over looking the Gulf of America. Emerald Isle is located at the heart of Pensacola Beach. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, and other beach activities. This unit is located on the fourteenth floor with incredible views of the ocean. There are two swimming pools, one heated, a hot tub and a fitness center. This unit is also handicapped accessible.

We have stayed at Emerald Isle numerous times and this was nicest and cleanliest unit yet. Aside from all the confusion with the codes and only one elevator in service due to maintenance, we had a wonderful time.

Family Vacation for Dance Nationals

We had the best time at this condo for our family vacay! It was just as the pictures described it and bonus, it says one bathroom in the description but there is a full bath off master too. We were excited about that. The kitchen was well stocked to cook as well, which has sometimes been an issue for other VRBO stays. All in all, the view to the beach, the beach, the pool, the condo, annd our hostess were amazing. If we come back to Pensacola would we definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location

We sbsolutely lovrd stating here. Very clean and pretty much had everything we needed as far as dishes and stuff. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. We will be staying here again!

A great, relaxing place to stay

The property was beautiful with a wonderful view. We were super impressed with unit, and it was easy to contact the owner if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This condo is great location! It has been recently updated and is nice. The only downside for us was the glass coffee table, glass kitchen table and white furniture and having 3 kids 5 and under. Overall the place was easy to get to and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo

Pensacola Beach has been our favorite place for a beach vacation for years, we have stayed at the various beach hotels. Now we have stayed at this condo for the first time and it has taken the Pensacola Beach experience to a whole new level - amazing views, great location, 100% recommended.

Perfect get away

The property is just like it’s pictured. The location is wonderful and easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner is great and so helpful. We will be back to stay in this same condo again. Had a great time.

Beautiful condo and view!

The condo was just as advertised and the property manager was very responsive with any questions I had. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to restaurants to avoid the traffic. The view from our condo was FABULOUS!! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

This property is a lovely location. The condo has been updated and has a very welcoming feel. We will stay again as some point. Only issue is the lock on the front door. It can be very tricky/touchy.

Lovely Property

This was a lovely place to stay. Had a bit of snafu with the codes and vehicle registration. Likely user error. But once we figured it out all was well. Sharon was amazingly helpful.

Perfect choice

We loved the condo!!! It was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The owner provides plenty for cooking and eating. We had lots of towels and bed linens. The owner was also available for any questions and gave us great suggestions on where to eat. I can’t say enough positive things about this condo.

Amazing Place to Stay!

The condo was clean, and the pictures didn't do it justice! If I go back to Pensacola, I will definitely book this condo! Friends were in different condos in the same building, and they weren't nearly as nice or clean. The view was beautiful from 14 floors up, and the rooms were bright and cheerful.

Beautiful Condo, great for a family getaway!

Amazing Condo and Host! The condo is very clean, beds are very comfy, stocked with everything you need! The view is beautiful! The pictures of the condo don't do it justice. Gorgeous paint and so much natural light that it feels light and airy, yet still cozy and homey! The hosts are 5 star as well. Local and VERY attentive! We had a small hiccup with the code entry and they were very fast to respond and keep in touch. Book here if you are looking to stay in Pensacola, you won't regret it!

Great Condo. One of the best!!

I have to say this condo for my husband and I did not disappoint. The unit was well decorated. The beds are the trickiest part when you rent a place, because you can’t tell by a picture how comfy they are. Our bed was 100 percent comfy. No complaints. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our manager communicated with us and answered the phone when we thought the door lock had malfunctioned. She told us what to do and we got rt in. Instructions were very clear on what to do upon check in and check out. We look forward to spending another trip at this Unit

Two issues we had

1. The coffeemaker carafe did not fit the coffeemaker. It was not tall enough to activate the basket. Thus the basket overflows. 2. The skillet was completely worn out. Teflon was all scratched and it needs to be replaced.

A beautiful Christmas

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. Very tastefully furnished in whites. All the furniture including the beds was very comfortable which we've found is not always the case. The kitchen was equiped with high end cookware and appliances. Everything one could need which was nice since we cooked 3 nights. Then there was the view. It was spectacular! It was just as good as being right on the beach but without the sand! Complete with the fresh smell of the ocean air and the soothing sound of the waves. Both management and the owner, Tammy,were immediately responsive to our glitch in the parking/car registration which seems to have some issues due to a new system. Overall we couldn't have asked for a merrier Christmas. Since we live only 45 minutes away we're looking forward to many more stays in this condo! Thank you Sharon and Tammy! Have a happy and successful 2024!

Beautiful views, clean, and well equipped condo. They don’t provide beach towels or equipment so plan ahead for that. Following our stay, we recently left two beach chairs and two boogie boards for future guests to use. There were some floats and sand toys there for use when we arrived already.
