You will be welcomed by the living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and eat meals in comfort. The bedroom houses a double bed, ensuring a rejuvenating rest after your days.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. You can also enjoy the balcony, ideal for an outdoor break on nice days.
Thanks to the Wi-Fi connection, the apartment is perfect both for a relaxing holiday and for smart working, offering you all the comfort you need to work remotely in total peace of mind.
For parking, you can use the street stalls in the immediate vicinity of the apartment free of charge — no extra cost, no worries.

Other things to keep in mind
Before your arrival you will be asked to fill in the online registration procedure in which you must:

declare your personal details, providing a photo of the identity documents of all the guests and a selfie, as proof of the veracity of the documents; sign the tourist
rental agreement.

The tourist tax is not required in the Municipality of Oppeano.


The apartment does not have air conditioning. Being a recent and well-insulated construction, it tends to stay cool even on the hottest days.
Please also note that in Italy the standard electricity supply is 3kW per accommodation: it is advisable not to turn on several large appliances at the same time to avoid power interruption.
