Trondheim—boathouse! Fishing, swimming, relaxing, watching the Northern Lights.

Recharge your batteries in this unique and peaceful setting—right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, relax, go fishing, hike, go mushroom or berry picking, work from home, go skiing, or play golf. In the summer, the nights are long and light, and in the winter, you might be lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. Access to the water.
A short drive to city centre Trondheim (about 25 minutes by car to Ila). A car is highly recommended. Few bus departures.
The house sleeps 6 (double beds) in three bedrooms.

The space
Three bedrooms have spacious double beds.
The outdoor area is large, with access to the shoreline. There are good fishing opportunities from the shore here.
The house is close to Byneset Golf in Spongdal (approx. 8 km). Spongdal has a store with a good selection, but it’s nice to shop in Rye, which is about 5 km from the house. Otherwise, you can find great shopping both in Heimdal and in Trondheim.
The house is located right down by the Trondheim Fjord, with a view of the fjord’s entrance.
The property is a natural lot, but there is access to a terrace by the fjord via a path leading from the house (about 15–20 metres).

Guest access
The entire house is available, with the exception of the garage, interior crawl spaces, the loft accessible via the kitchen skylight, the basement, locked rooms, and closets. The boathouse and outdoor storage shed are also not included, but otherwise you are welcome to use the entire outdoor area.

If you’re taking the bus to the location, you can find bus routes by searching the AtB route planner, and entering the address. The bus stop is called Haugrønning.

Remember to enter the correct date!

Park in the property’s car park, at the very end of the property, or by the garage. Remember not to park on the road by the house. The neighbour must be able to pass. Park by the garage or at the far end of the property.

There is a fire alarm on the premises that is connected to a monitoring centre. The camera inside the house turns on if the fire alarm goes off, but is not in use otherwise. Only the alarm monitoring centre has access to the camera. If you find the camera intrusive, you may cover it, but you must remove the covering every time you leave the house.
