Located in the heart of Encanterra Golf Resort is our brand new beautifully decorated and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home just waiting for you to enjoy active adult living. This is not a retirement community, rather a resort community with an 18 hole private golf course, several pools both indoors and out. Enjoy the club house with the gym and spa along with daily activities such as tennis, wine tasting, free exercise classes, library, and fantastic dinning. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-week stay in this well-equipped 2 BR home. Beautiful patio with lots of nice furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Gas barbecue and gas fireplace on this patio were just great. Comfortable beds in this nicely furnished home. Quiet and relaxing location in a beautiful golf community. We appreciated the bikes provided for our use by our hosts. The community has a great gym, and several beautiful pools. Great tennis and pickle ball courts. We would recommend this property to our friends, and we look forward to staying here again some time. The weather in November was nothing short of spectacular!

Lovely, and so welcoming and comfortable

Patsy couldn't have been a better host. She saw to it that the home was wonderfully decorated, furnished, immaculate, and had everything we needed, plus more. The kitchen and baths were extremely well supplied--great soaps and many lush towels in the bathrooms, plus plentiful beach towels and bags. In the kitchen we had everything we needed to cook, bake or entertain, including a hutch with colorful bar glasses, trays, picnic supplies, etc. She and her husband even offered to lend us their personal bikes, which our guests enjoyed as they explored the resort. The stone patio was nicely furnished with a gas grill, gas fire pit, and cushioned furniture--it was like an extra room for us, as we enjoyed the sun both mornings and evenings. And, Patsy called once a week to see if there was anything we needed! I would highly recommend this great vacation home, located in a beautiful resort. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome time spent in Arizona

Patsy's house was ideal, had everything needed to set up housekeeping for my 2.5 week stay. Beautiful and immaculate house with a fire pit on the patio, numerous walking paths right out the back door, very comfortable bed, slept better there than in WI. I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay, felt sad driving to the airport to fly back to WI. Met the nicest people, enjoyed the pools, pickle ball courts, sitting out in the evening by the fire listening to the crickets. I could go on and on.

We’re native Arizonans and live about 20 miles from this property so we can point you to boating and fishing areas as well as snow skiing in Flaggstaff or water skiing on a lake just 1 hour away. Mountain climbing and for anyone wanting a beach we could point you to Puerto Penasco Mexico just 4 hours away.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we love Encanterra and all the amenities. My husband loves the beautiful golf course and all the wildlife you see on your walks. I love all the exercise areas and the heated pools and especially like the Spa for massages or facials and pedis. We both love all the fun events offered like concerts and cooking or dancing lessons or Bridge or trips to a baseball or football game. How about an evening of cognac and cigars in the lounge or better yet a gourmet meal in the restaurant.

What makes this property unique

This is a new property with all new furniture and upgrades as well as upgraded comfortable bedding. Sit out on the back patio with a BBQ and a gas fire pit. Walk off the patio and your on a green belt with walk path and bike path and we make 2 bikes available to you.
