TheDaytonaPenthouse is DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN !!! No other Hi-Rises to block your view, You are walking distance to Bars and Restaurants along the beach. You are 1mi to Publix and other shopping, 2mi from Seabreeze, Main St, and Stonewoods. You are less then 6mi from Daytona Speedway and 7mi from the ALL NEW Tanger Outlets .

Rare opportunity to vacation in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story oceanfront penthouse on the 19th and 20th floors of the desirable Horizons Condo on the ''World's Most Famous Beach.'' Spectacular views from the expansive balconies on both floors. The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area, spacious renovated kitchen with plenty of work space with all glass doors open to ocean views. Bedroom with King size bed and full bath complete the main level. Wrap around balconies provide some of the most amazing views around. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 queens size beds and a private bath and the master bedroom holds a King bed and gorgeous renovated full bath. The Master Bedroom also hosts access to 2 large sundecks.

On site amenities include exercise room, sauna, community room, oceanfront pool and barbecue area.

Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, bath towel, linens, fully equipped kitchen and cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, soap for washer and dishwasher, high speed internet and the ocean view.

We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door from the common hallway.

Our HOA is performing exterior maintenance on the entire building - concrete restoration and painting. The workers start around 8am and end at 4pm M-F. The work on my side of the building is complete so noise inside the condo should be minimal. You may experience noise throughout the day based on what they are doing or where they are working. Previous guests have not expressed any issues or impacts with their stays.

The condo was great. Perfect location, kitchen amazingly well-equipped, Joe responded to inquiries very quickly, the balconies were perfect for the weather that was not conducive to being on the beach. I loved all the warm fuzzy blankets to wrap up in while sitting in the balcony reading and listening to the surf.

Daytona Penthouse

The penthouse condo was very nicely furnished and had everything one could want for the kitchen, towels, seating and so on. the location is good, the grounds well kept. Overall it was a great place to spend time at the beach. Thanks, Joe, for making such a nice condo available for us.

Our Stay right after Hurricane Milton - we were humbled by the owners commitment

Big shout out to Joe , he made sure the condo was ready for us 2 days after Hurricane Milton. We know he and his wife put in many hours after the storm. Joe was professional, kind and always quick to answer any questions. The condo met all our needs, very clean, spacious and especially loved the balcony all around the condo. Perfect for coffee with a beautiful view of the ocean Our family (6 adults) really enjoyed our stay. Joe, thank you again for your awesome hospitality.

Nice Quirt Getaway

We loved this condo! The owner was easy to work with and the property was as described. While they had exterior work being completed, it did not ruin our time. The beach is also a little slower so easy to find a spot without crowding. If we come back to Daytona Beach again, we will definitely be rebooking the same place!

Best hidden gem in Daytona!

Joe's place was very clean and has the most spectacular views of both the river and the ocean. We viewed pods of dolphins from our balconies even with Hurricane Debbie trying to spoil our fun. I prefer to vacation where I would be happy if I never left the rental, and this absolutely fit the bill! And when you travel with your sister and cousin, and you are all over 50, it was a delight to have our own rooms AND our own bathrooms! Joe responded immediately the one time I needed to ask a question. Great parking. I can't recommend Joe's place enough!

Three generations

Our family ranged from 6 to 86 years old. This was a perfect location for relaxing during spring break. Kids loved the boogy boards and sand tools. The adults loved the sand chairs. The condo views are heavenly. The location was perfect.

Lovely condo on the beach

Condo is spacious and well stocked with towels and essentials. It sits right on the beach with stunning views- we saw dolphins playing in front of the condo and were dive bombed by pelicans. Expansive decks on two stories with amazing beach views!! Close to the boardwalk but far enough to have a peaceful beach experience. The condo features a pool and small workout room and the owner provides beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Our family had a wonderful vacation, and owner was very responsive and friendly!

A Room With A View

This space was newly renovated ( a little in progress). It was very nice. The view was like 360 degrees. You could see all angles of the beautiful ocean and the city. The beach was not o er crowded. We had some minor problems that were addressed promptly. Communication with owners was quick and easy. Hope to stay again.

Does not disappoint!

The property was clean, spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of extras provided for the beach such as chairs and a tent that we did not expect. There was some construction going on but this is to be expected to maintain the quality of the property and it was never disruptive. The pool was great and never crowded. I did not completely read my check in instructions and left without a key but the owner was very nice and quickly responded. In fact even before I booked I had questions and the owner was quick to respond and was super to deal with throughout the week if I needed anything. I would highly recommend this home!

Amazing Penthouse with Gorgeous Views

My family absolutely loved the penthouse. Property was very well maintained and located right on the beach. My children are in their 20s and liked that the location was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owners were extremely nice and made every effort to ensure we had a enjoyable vacation. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments and the pantry was stocked with everyday ammenities as well so no need to purchase things like "sandwich baggies", paper plates, etc while on vacation. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The owners provided beach chairs, toys, etc. Overall awesome accommodations and will definitely stay here again given the opportunity! Cannot rave about the property enough! Valerie

Family Vacay!!

The penthouse unit was AWESOME!!! We had a great time with our kids and grand kids. The condo had plenty of room, having a separate bed and bath for each of us was a big plus. The balconies were never ending, just about every room had an access to the outside. The owners were great with their communication from the minute we reserved the place a few months ago. The only issue we had was our own fault and the owners really helped out when they didn't have too. The morning we left, we did not know that one of our boys had put the keys to their car in one of our bags and we left about an hour and a half before them. They had to call a locksmith to get a new key made because we did not find the keys until after we got home and unpacked. We called Joe to let him know what was going on and he told them to just hang out and occupy the kids with TV or something while they wait. We were worried they were going to have to wait in the parking lot for a couple of hours for the locksmith. I highly recommend this condo and the owners. It is a great condo and Joe is a good person!!!! We look forward to coming back!!!

There are condo's more expensive and condo's cheaper but this Penthouse will most certainly make your trip that much more memorable.

What makes this property unique

We are capable of sleeping 12 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 queen pull out couches. All beds are either Queen or King. You can have your entire party comfortably out on our balconies enjoying the views and sounds of the beach. Relax around the many patio tables we have for your enjoyment.
