This is our personal home - recently completely remodeled with an open floor plan, high ceilings, modern kitchen, laundry, King Bed Master suite, Queen Bed Guest BR with connecting bath, and Queen Convertible Bed in the Study. Whole house Internet, Satellite TV, DVD/CD, Amazon Echo "Alexa," and wireless printer keep you entertained and connected. A new Weber gas BBQ can cook for 6 in either the formal dining room or out under the stars .
Central heating /air conditioning and 2-car garage.

This ultra-convenient gated Merano community home provides security in a quiet neighborhood that's perfect for morning strolls or fitness walks. The Country Club and Monterey location is just a 1 block walk to the famous Sherman's Deli and Bakery, Starbucks, 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, 6 restaurants, a dry cleaner and more.

Excellent desert home

Great convenient location, quiet. Really well equipped with what you need for a long stay. Nicely decorated, homey place. The back garden is lovely with lots of seating. Raymond is easy to reach, and the instructions for everything are clear. Close to Sunnylands, El Paseo and Palm Desert Civic Center Park and McCallum Theater. Bristol Farms across the street has a good prepared food section, and some other popular restaurants are right there too.

Staying at this clean, well-appointed home with its beautifully landscaped backyard was like a “home away from home”. We appreciated the owners’ great attention to detail in providing information on nearby restaurants, golf courses, theatres, hiking etc. This quiet, safe, gated community home is conveniently located, within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. It is evident that the owners take great pride in sharing their beautiful home with renters who thoroughly appreciate and care for it. We certainly did!

Amazing stay

A wonderful experience to say the least. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable representative. We found the house clean, very well stocked, quiet, with an amazing back yard. The owner supplied detailed instructions for all appliances and electronics. The location is great. There are several grocery stores and restaurants less than 2 blocks away. Parking in the garage made for a nice touch and a secure spot to keep our golf clubs. When in need of any information, we would get a response within minutes. We have no reservations about recommending this property to anyone. Ron & Elaine Grenier

It met all our criteria: Gated community for security. Newly remodeled and professionally landscaped. Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, cleaners,bakery ,etc
Less than 10 min drive to golf, tennis, swimming and serious shopping.
