Welcome to Villa Milano, a spacious holiday villa in the peaceful countryside of Lubrín, Almería. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 8 guests, it is perfect for families and friends looking for privacy, comfort and an authentic Andalusian experience.
Enjoy your own private swimming pool & garden, spacious outdoor areas, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Relax by the pool, enjoy meals together outdoors and make the most of the Spanish sunshine.
Vera Playa is approximately a 30-minute drive away, while the region offers plenty of attractions to discover. Explore the spectacular Cabo de Gata-Níjar, Playa de los Muertos, the Pulpí Geode and the Sorbas Caves. For adventure, visit the Tabernas Desert for Western film locations, horseback riding and jeep safaris. Almería city and its impressive Alcazaba are also well worth a visit.
A car is recommended due to the rural location, and private parking is available at the villa. Pets are welcome upon request.

* Parties and events: small gatherings are allowed, provided that they do not cause excessive noise or disturb our neighbours. Please keep the noise down between 10 pm - 8 am.
* Quiet hours: please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and night, and be considerate of the surrounding area.
* Maximum occupancy: only the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Please contact your host if you would like to have additional visitors.
* Smoking: smoking is not permitted inside the villa. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts safely and never throw them into the garden or surrounding area.
* Swimming pool: the private swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. Please supervise children at all times. The pool is professionally maintained every friday by a pool maintenance company. Please allow the technician access to the pool area when required.
* Pets: pets are welcome upon prior approval. Please do not allow pets on beds or sofas and clean up after them.
* Doors and windows: please close doors and windows when leaving the property, particularly when the air conditioning is switched on.
* Air conditioning & electricity: please switch off air conditioning, lights and other electrical appliances when they are not needed or when leaving the property.
* Waste: please dispose of rubbish in the grey waste bins located along the public roads.
* Safety & security: please keep the property secure and do not leave valuable belongings unattended. The outdoor security camera is installed for safety purposes and is directed only towards the entrance of the property. There are also security cameras inside the property, these are covered for your privacy and are not in operation during your stay.
* Check-out: before leaving, please follow the check-out instructions provided by your host and ensure that the property is left in a tidy condition.
