Across the bridge less than 2 miles are amazing white sand beaches, beach front tiki bars with live music, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Conveniently located less than an hour from Orlando, airports, Kennedy Space center, Port Canaveral cruise port, and historic St. Augustine. Daytona speedway and beaches are 15 minutes away. Great offshore and inshore fishing; several boat ramps within 1-2 miles. Recreational activities include pickleball, tennis, kayaking, boating, fishing, paddleboarding, biking, surfing, and golfing, just to name a few!

I recently moved from the "concrete jungle" of Tampa to Paradise! I work full time in the insurance business. In my spare time I enjoy walking and biking around this charming friendly hometown. The recreational and social activities are endless! I hope you enjoy the small town charm of New Smyrna Beach as much as I do.
Why they chose this property
This property is unique in that it is close to EVERYTHING this area has to offer, but away from the busy beach traffic and hustle bustle of tourism in a quiet quaint neighborhood with tree lined streets and sidewalks. Grocery shopping, medical facilities, library, shops, dining, nightlife, golf courses, boat ramps, and activities are all within a 5 min drive or less. Relax, unwind, and enjoy paradise! My husband and I live in the main house; the apartment is an attached efficiency. We are available for any questions you have about the area, and available for maintenance issues if they arise.
