its not what the Ads snd picture that shows that you gonna get upon check-n .Smelly so smelly of mixture of bad smell. Thats how they welcome the guest. Staff explain and talks s lot they will preach you before thry get you into the room . But there's nice lady who said to help for the cancellation. I hope they will. Upon the Advice of the insurance they refund only on the next hotel that i will booked , so another hope big question to look for . Chat and phone calls needed and even uou give your side again they you file s claim . Which another and another talks and another i don't know . Be aware how you really book hotel now adays . If its has good review its not it is also fake words and pictures stands upront . And to top it all the quest suffer big time coz no matter you like your peace at on nice stay . There will be issue on every things upon check in and you willbe surprised
