Remodeled Cottage in Trendy Berkeley/Oakland Rockridge Area

Newly renovated standalone cottage guesthouse in trendy Berkeley/Oakland Rockridge. Close to restaurants, coffee houses, Trader Joe & Safeway, UC Berkeley, and BART. New bathroom and bedroom. New furniture and appliances (microwave and refrigerator, washer and dryer) in the common room. Keurig coffee machine provided. A camping stove is available for cooking. Free, time-limited street parking or on-site parking for a small fee. Pets are welcome ($16/stay).

Perfect accommodation for a single traveler or a couple, though a large sofa/futon is available for a third person.

This was the perfect location for visiting our friends, walking to great restaurants and shops, and getting to public transit. The cottage was cozy and quiet, tucked back from the street, with a beautiful garden outside the windows. The bed was comfortable and the place had all the necessities for our stay. Lovely stay and accommodating host

My one-night stay at this cottage was perfect. The space was super clean, the bed was comfy, and Chris was very accommodating to me and my service animal. Location is amazing. I felt safe arriving later in the evening. Walking distance to great coffee shops and BART and pretty central to hip neighborhoods and restaurants in Oakland. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place for a couple. Just around the corner from 4 coffee houses, groceries, restaurants, boutiques. Lots of room to stretch out, super comfy bed, good shower, well supplied with everything we needed. Hope to return.

Quiet Retreat

Right off a busy street but you wouldn’t know it. The cottage is small and quiet-perfect for two. The bed was comfortable. The little courtyard right outside the house was perfect for our dog. The property is well lit.

A quiet spot with all the necessities

The little cottage was very neat and clean, off the street in a quiet courtyard. Everything that we needed was provided. The only downside was that the double bed was a little small for two adults, but there was a futon available as well.
