About this property

Built in 2004, this 4,500 shingle style home set on set on nearly 3 acres has both beach and salt water pond privileges.

The home has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths and sleeps 8. The interior is newly decorated and boasts a huge great room with cathedral ceilings and access to 3 patios, 2 king master bedrooms (one on the first floor), a queen bedroom and a loft style bedroom with 2 XL twins. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath. The property is located across the street from Quonochontaug Pond which is great for swimming, paddle boarding, clamming and kayaking. It is also a short walk to the ocean beach with permitted parking available. This property is very private which is unusual in the Quonnie community. It is also adjacent to another family-owned property and both can be rented (pending availability) for large groups, family reunions, etc. (See Whalerock VRBO# 814521)

Great house. Great location. Friendly owner.

All around great trip and vacation. Lovely house with tons of space and location is fabulous. Owner was super helpful and accommodating. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful property

Wife and kids and I rented this house for a few days weekend beach getaway. Beach access was perfect as the home comes with private beach parking passes. House was larger than anticipated to our delight and the location and amenities were first class. Owner asked if we were doing lobster one day and offered her lobster pot and burner making it an easier and neater experience. All in all very pleased

Beautiful Home in seaside community with access to private bate beach

Spacious and comfortable home tastefully and stylishly decorated by owner. Property is equipped with all amenities, carefully maintained and interior is spotless. Setting is tranquil with quick ride or easy walk to pond and beautiful long classic RI beach. Access is limited to community owners and guests. Owner was cordial and provided easy check in, tour of the area and was responsive throughout our visit. A very nice stay
