FP120 Heavenly Ski-in Studio with Kitchen!

This studio is situated slopeside in the East Village of Copper Mountain, walking distance to the Super Bee Chairlift during winter months. The summer months the private patio overlooks the green on hole 9 of the Gold Course! Copper mountain is expected to open its summer 2020 activities including Golf on July 3! Other activities include the Rocky Mtn coaster, water boats, go-kart racing, frisbee golf, and the biking/hiking trails. This studio is located on the first floor with an outside patio that allows you to fully take in the spectacular view of the mountain. A fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, with a modern sofa that converts into an additional queen bed. Sleeps up to 4. I have tried to make use of the space as efficiently as possible with a custom storage bed for belongings, nightstands with drawers.

When you enter into the studio you will see a a closet immediately to your left which has a medium, set of drawers to help store your belongings during your trip. It is tall enough to place your skis/boards while you are staying here. Walk down the hallway and notice the vintage art of Copper Mountain that will set the mountain mood. You will come upon a full large bathroom next, tub/ shower combination, with a nice sized updated vanity. Upon entering the living space you will see the queen size bed before you, the mattress is new this year. The platform frame is a custom made storage bed, please store extra luggage and belongings under the frame to help keep things tidy in the studio during your stay. This is also the place where you can store you ski/snow boots if you would like. There is a fully equipped kitchen in this studio, minus a freezer. The undercounted fridge does not have a freezer, but there is an ice machine on the 3rd floor for your use. There is a 2 burner electric cooktop, coffee maker, convection microwave oven, and a toaster for your use. Please clean up all dishes/pots/ pans and put away before checking out during your stay. The modern sofa is also brand new this season and converts comfortably and easily into another queen bed.

Fabulous place that's just right for two people. Nice kitchen that was well provisioned with cooking equipment. The access to the lift was extremely easy. I would recommend this to anyone going to Copper to ski.

Exactly what I was looking for

Very easy check-in process. The staff was very friendly. Unit was very clean. I loved being able to ski right up to the condo. I was able to check the lift lines on the Super Bee lift by looking out the patio door. Enjoyed sharing stories with other guests in the hot tub.

Location was as shown in the photos. Tile floor was cold but the rugs were helpful. Kitchen stocked with necessary cooking items and utensils. It served our stay well.

Grew up on farm in the Central Valley of CA, my first job was helping my parents with our farms' almond and walnut harvest. Moved to Denver in March of 2016 and accomplished my life long goal of owner a property at a ski resort in the summer of 2017. I grew up skiing at a tiny CA family resort called Dodge Ridge, and then in my adult years I expanded to ski more in the Tahoe area, most times at Kirkwood and Heavenly. I am excited to share this amazing purchase with you all, I have put a lot of thought and planning in trying create a very special experience while staying at this condo. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
