Location is perfect as Canyon lodge is just across the street. Quick 5 MINUTE walk to Canyon Lodge and your day begins! No hassle with parking and or the shuttle bus. Great Phase II condo. Park right in front of our condo entrance! No stairs to haul all your luggage and groceries in and out and your vacation quickly begins with a great stay in the 1849 Complex. Very accessible condo for elderly, etc. Great 2 bedroom layout with King bed in the Master bathroom with a 49' flat screen TV and bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed along with a 40" flat screen TV. New 70" flat screen TV in main living room along with two couch sofa sleepers. Condo can sleep 4 to 6 guest very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked to cook all meals. Walk to the Gondola to get to the Village or take the free shuttle to town located a few yards from the front door of the main entrance to the 1849 complex. Amenities include outdoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, small private sledding hill, fire & BBQ pit in the summer, lounge with ping pong table, Foosball, large screen TV.
In the late spring and early summer, the mountain transforms into a hiking and mountain biking playground. Great vacation destination for those who love the outdoors. Whether you’re traveling to town for a winter ski trip or a Yosemite National Park adventure, 1849 Condos is the perfect base camp for your vacation. There is so much to explore in the eastern Sierra Ranges! 1849 Condos’ recreation area also features a barbecue pit, ping-pong table, lounge with big screen TV and laundry facility.
The condo affords easy access being located in the newer phase II. The condo is located just outside from the heated pool and 3 Jacuzzi's and coin laundry service should you need to do some laundry while at the complex.
The 1849 Condominium complex is one of the most desired places to stay due to its location to Canyon lodge and not having to hassle with parking during the busier winter snow season.
