About this property

Renting a family house and garden in a coastal village Vendée

The house is rented with 3 adult bikes to travel light and enjoy the bike path along the coast.
The sea is 2 km (oyster ports), accessible by a small country road, the house is in the village, near the bakery, the supermarket and the tobacco shop ...

The building is a renovation of my grandfather's carpentry workshop. We made a welcoming home for family and friends.
You will find a very quiet, lots of space because the party remained "workshop" is very pleasant in summer.
It consists of several large rooms of over 30 m2 each (dining room, library.
- with a book near the wood stove
 - in a lounge chair with views of the enclosed garden
 - a drink in his hand, flipping through the library books

Beautiful sandy beaches at 15 km and a rocky coast to the north at the same distance.
