Aspen Grove Lodge is a cabin in the Lazy Acres subdivision of West Yellowstone, Montana. Aspen Grove was designed to provide spacious indoor & outdoor gathering spots that will allow your group to build great memories together.

We had an outstanding stay at Aspen Grove Lodge!! The home was beautifully furnished, stocked with everything that we needed to cook & do laundry, and was a great location for our daily adventures. Julie was a great host and easy to reach. On our last night, a Moose and her twin calves visited the house's front & back yard - the perfect ending to our stay!

We absolutely loved Aspen Grove Lodge! Everything was impeccably clean and organized. Julie was incredible and she had everything we needed. We had a couple questions for her when we arrived and she was very responsive and kind. The Lodge has lots of room for everyone and it was a great place to return to and cook a meal after a long day of sightseeing! It was also very quiet and peaceful and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. We would absolutely come back to Aspen Grove for our next Yellowstone adventure!

My family of 6 adults and 3 children loved this house! The kitchen was fully equipped with every kind of appliance you would need. All of the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and plenty of space. Having a bathroom for all rooms was awesome!The host gave us lots of ideas for touring Yellowstone Park which we appreciated. We all used the hot tub and ate meals on the porch. This is a lovely home!!

We were a party of nine, and this home truly exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after long days exploring the park. The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished, and very accommodating for our group, with comfortable bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together.The hot tub was a wonderful bonus and the perfect way to unwind at the end of each day. Big house, lots of room, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, well appointed kitchen with cookware and dishware for large gatherings, hot tub - gas grill - fire pit all functional and enjoyable, bear spray in the cabinet (left by others?), good washer & dryer, very nice TVs (if you have time), had all the amenities that we needed (8 of us from 12 to 71), plenty of parking and not far from town. Highly recommended.

Excellent Place to Stay

New well furnished and comfortable cabin! Very comfortable beds and excellent location. I stay in The West Yellowstone area every year for a couple weeks to snowmobile and fish with friends and family and this is the best place we have ever stayed at!

Fabulous mountain retreat

The Aspen Grove Lodge was the perfect house for a large family to stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. It was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and super comfy beds!!

Loved this home, layout worked perfectly for 3 couples, each having their own private area, but then could gather together to enjoy meals, time together in living room. Location so convenient for exploring YNP.

Julie Thomas is the property manager of Aspen Grove Lodge. She lives in Minneapolis, MN, with her husband and daughter. They passionately travel the world, and there isn't a destination that isn't on the bucket list!

Why they chose this property

Scott and Libby started coming to West Yellowstone about 8 years ago and fell in love with the area and all it had to offer, both summer and winter. They managed a one-bedroom VRBO rental in Bend and enjoyed meeting people and helping them make the most of their trips to the area. When they had an opportunity to buy property in West Yellowstone and build additional short-term rental properties, they decided to go for it. Although they aren't managing full-time, they remain committed to helping guests have the best experience possible!

What makes this property unique

The lot for Aspen Grove Lodge is large and allowed them to focus on building not only a spacious home for guests inside, but also great outdoor spaces. The inside of the house is oriented to large gathering spots - the great room, kitchen and dining on the main floor and recreation room on the upper floor. Everything is done using top quality materials and attention to detail. Lots of space for everyone to spread out after a day in the park and talk, eat, play games and soak in the hot tub.
