Budget Traveler #5 with one queen bed and one sofa couch in Room 1 and one queen bed and single person bed in Room 2 (Sleeps 6 persons).
NOTE: BATHROOM IS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM IN BREEZEWAY.

With great views to the Sea of Cortez, and centrally located in the East Cape of Baja California Sur, the Hacienda de Palmas is a boutique style bed and breakfast in the small town of La Ribera, Baja California Sur Mexico. Whether you are here for the great fishing and recreation, or just need a place to call home while visiting friends and family, the Hacienda de Palmas is ready for all your accommodation needs. The Hacienda de Palmas can accommodate larger groups, and the garden patio area is a great place to have special gatherings and stage events.

The six private rooms of the Hacienda de Palmas are spacious and clean. Most of the rooms are located on the second floor, and have their own individual style and decor. Each room has a mini fridge, new inverter style air conditioning, fans and bathrooms (with body soap, shampoo and conditioner), towels, etc.

We also have a community kitchen that guests are able to utilize during their stay between the hours of 7am through 8pm.

The property has a large outdoor courtyard, heated outdoor swimming pool, BBQ and outdoor propane fire pit.

Great atmosphere and great personal service are just the beginning of what we offer at the Hacienda de Palmas.

We truly enjoy living in La Ribera and being an important part of your visit to Southern Baja.

The owner Jason (and his Dad this time) are wonderful hosts: happy to advise where to go, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The courtyard is such an oasis, a wonderful place to relax. The Hacienda is centrally located in La Ribera, close to the beach and 2 supermarkets. We will be back.

#5 Budget Traveler

The #5 Budget Traveler rooms is large, with a nice lay-out. Would give 2-3 people a lot of space. The kitchen is in a different room with easy access. You share the kitchen with all guests, which is fun. There are tables outside in the courtyard to sit & eat. The owner is often around and very helpful.
