Independent studio of 15m ² with a mezzanine of 6m ² under roofing (height 1,5m) where is a bed of 2 places. The studio is ideal for two people but offers 4 possible beds (sofa bed). It consists of a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a kitchen area equipped with a hob, a microwave, a small oven and a refrigerator. It is equipped with a TV, an internet socket, wifi. You will have a paved terrace with table and chairs. The owner knows very well the hiking and mountain bike trails around and can tell you the beautiful walks. Under conditions it can also lend you a child and adult bike for short walks or an adult mountain bike. The studio is on the road of Gorges du Verdon. The bus stop Nice -Grenoble is 500m away. You can walk to the village center to enjoy its lively square, stroll through its shopping streets, discover its historic center or relax on the banks of the Verdon. You can enjoy the surroundings of Castellane with its 2 lakes, its water sports center with paddle boats and kayaks, rafting, mountain biking, walks, walks, paragliding (in St André les Alpes or Roque Esclapon) and play golf at the Domaine de Taulane which is 20 km by car. And of course, you can enjoy the visit of the Grand Canyon du Verdon, vultures in Rougon and Lake Allos. In terms of nightlife, you can enjoy the disco (which is less than a kilometer from the accommodation), and musical or other events downtown ... or enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace of your studio. Ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft mit beater Gastfreundlichkeit

Wir verbrachten zu meinem Geburtstag ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Castellane. Die Ferienwohnung in Form eines Studios bot alles, was für einen Aufenthalt nötig war. Die Ausstattung war sauber und gepflegt und hielt für die Selbstversorgung alles bereit. Morgens konnten wir das Frühstück auf der eigenen kleinen Terasse genießen. Philippe und seine Frau standen immer fur Tips und Hilfe zur Verfügung. Gleich nach der Ankunft gab uns Philippe Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft eignet sich bestens um die Verdon-Schlucht zu erkunden und Ausflüge in die umliegenden Orte zu tätigen. Auch ist der Verdon fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen, um am Ufer auch abends bei Sonnenuntergang ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Da mein französischer Wortschatz noch sehr begrenzt ist, half es mir sehr die Kommunikation auf Englisch und mit google translate :-) „retten“ zu können. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne und unbeschwerte Tage bei Philippe und können seine Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der ebenso nach einer gepflegten Unterkunft in dieser wunderschönen Region sucht.

Séjour agréable

La communication et de la demande ont été rapides et efficaces, la location est réellement bien placée, tout près du centre ville où plusieurs activités nous sont proposé et des petites sorties les soirs en musiques sont mis en place. Pour ce qui concerne la location, rien à dire, elle est vraiment bien équipée, rien ne manque. Je recommande fortement ce petit studio au cœur de Castellane.

Proche à pied De La place centrale du village de Castellane avec un parking privé clôturé, un espace privé devant le studio pour déjeuner ou se relaxer dans des transats , bref un endroit où l'on se sent bien . Ideal pour 2 personnes , nous avons adoré .

Merci de votre visite , en 10 ans d'existence jamais un accident et première fois qu'on nous dit que l'escalier est dangereux . Vous pouviez dormir en bas puisqu'il y un couchage . Peux être que nos occupants depuis dix ans étaient très sportifs? Ce n'est pas toujours le cas et je reconnais que sous la mezzanine on ne peut pas se lever debout.mais je ne regrette pas de vous avoir conseillé le sentier Martel ou l'imbut et de simplement visiter les gorges en voiture.

Charmante location à recommander

Séjour très agréable dans ce charmant studio. Ce dernier est très propre et bien agencé. Vous trouverez tout ici pour passer un moment bien reposant. La place est à 500 mètres, le Verdon à 300 mètres, pour se baigner le lac de Castillon est à proximité. De nombreuses activités et animations sont proposées au cœur du village. Françoise et Philippe seront toujours à même de vous conseiller. Un excellent accueil vous sera réservé. Pour les plus sportifs, une randonnée en Vtt avec Philippe s'impose, il connait tout les coins et recoins de la région et sera vous renseigner sur les meilleurs itinéraires pour rouler. Une location et des propriétaires comme nous aimerions en trouver plus souvent.

Nice atmosphere and very firendly host

The room is clean and with every thing you need. It is quite small, but still it was okay for our family with two kids (6 and 9 years old). The view outside is beautiful and the host is very very friendly and helpful and knows alot about the surrounding area. We spent 5 nights here and would be happy to go back :-)

Ruhige schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gastfreundlich!

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung hat Maisonette-Charakter: unten befindet sich eine Wohnküche mit kleinem Sofa (auch als Schlafsofa benutzbar), Tisch, Spüle, Herd und was man sonst so braucht. Ein Doppelbett ist unterm Dachstuhl über eine Leiter erreichbar. Wir fanden das persönlich sehr gemütlich! Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich! Es war sehr schön uns mit ihnen zu unterhalten! Wer wandern oder andere sportliche Aktivitäten in der Gegend vor hat ist bei Philippe bestens beraten. Er kennt sehr viele Wanderrouten in der Gegend und fährt selbst viel Rad. In der Wohnung gibt es auch Wanderkarten. Beide sprechen auch ganz gut Englisch, und wenn sie mal nicht weiter wissen, hilft die Tochter! :-) Wir hatten wirklich ein paar sehr schöne Tage hier und waren sehr traurig wieder abreisen zu müssen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Vacances sympas!

Super séjour,merci à Françoise et Philippe pour leur accueil.Le studio est agréable et fonctionnel,bien conçu pour un couple.Le centre ville animé l'été est proche.Côté Balades et VTT,vous pouvez compter sur les conseils de Philippe et Françoise.Le coin est merveilleux et de nombreuses activités aquatiques offertes dans les gorges du Verdon et les lacs (merci à Yeti Rafting).

SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLE

I proprietari sono gentili disponibili e discreti. La casa è a pochi passi da castellane e già sulla d952 come ottima partenza per le gole del verdon. Pulita, pratica, silenziosa, immersa nel verde. Comodo il posto auto e le zanzariere alle finestre. Tavolino e sedie all’aperto. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione...Veramente un soggiorno piacevole!
